We have been using the Relin Mixer Grinder for around 11 years now, and it is still going strong! We have been operating it daily for around 5 minutes on average to prepare South Indian dishes like chutneys (coconut, tomato, onion etc.). The motor coil has been going strong and has never failed even once in these 11 years, which shows the superior electrical design of this machine. The service and support for purchasing new jars or replacing the coupler has been excellent.

I bought a Relin Grinder in 2006, when my mother-in-law was visiting us and she wanted to make Thosa for us. Since 2006, the machine has been working without any issues. In January 2023, the butterfly link (Nylon) on the motor and on one of the grinders broke. I took the warranty card and called the number on it. In TWO rings Manoj answered the phone, and wanted me to bring the machine and drop it off. I was so impressed with the customer service after 16 years since I bought the machine in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Manoj fixed the machine and charged me $ 30 for parts and labour!!! Can you believe this! This agent is professional, kind and very honest! I will highly recommend anyone buying the Relin grinder as this machine is a work horse, and you will be guaranteed excellent customer and maintenance / repair services.

We have been using Relin mixer over 10 years. It is excellent and outstanding mixer than any other brand we used. Though motor power is still excellent, due to wear and tear jar has a leak which can be repaired but decided to purchase another new one from Shri Manoj, Brampton who is reliable and supportive.

I am using this machine “Relin Mixture Grinder” since last eighteen years. It is strange to me, how this company is still running in the market. In last 18 years I spent just 20 dollar for small plastic part.
My experiance says, since last 50 years, it is a trend in the market that any product made should not last more than five to ten years, otherwise, the company will go bankcrupt .
After sale service is excellent. I thanks and give credit to Mr. Manoj for his efforts. Only problem comes in the jar container and that is also a minor, like washer, spring or a plastic driving component. But not to worry about it each and every small part is available with Manoj and it is fixed in quickest availabe time with a reasonable charges.
I have purchased one more unit for my daughter. Honestly I recommend this product in every kitchen for grinding wet or dry cooking requirements.
